Despite record-breaking heat, the14th Annual Manassas Railway Heritage Festival was a fun day for thousands of visitors in the old town section of Manassas, VA. PWMRC was one of several layouts in the pavilion in downtown Manassas, VA. Trains of all types were running and it was a "hot time" for having fun playing with trains. Our Open House is the first Saturday of the month at the Quantico Train Depot in Quantico, VA...come & see our progress. |

Maybe it was the heat, but it seemed that everywhere you looked there was a caboose. All types and colors bringing back memories. Lew's Reading was passing by the harbor scene on John's module. |

It's work done for the day, Brion's MIssissippi Central crew has parked their work caboose on the siding and headed home for the day. | ||

With it's days of revenue service over, Mike has converted this caboose to a crew car. Looks like it's parked for the night in an industrial area reminiscent of Pittsburgh. | ||
