The 8th Annual Manassas Heritage Railway Festival was June 1st, 2002 in Old town Manassas. A crowd estimated to be in the range of 30,000 enjoyed the nine model train layouts, many food vendors, Virginia Railway Express rides, music, emergency equipment demonstrations, photography contest, the Buckingham Lining Bar Gang and much more. |

PWMRC displayed a sizable layout with several new modules built by our members. The day also saw members running several new trains. A good time was had by all. |
