Module Showcase

Clifton, Virginia (After the Comet)
Built By: Eric Nystrom
Year Constructed: 1996

One of the most unique things about Eric Nystrom's module is the backdrop.  Eric's use of a night sky and full moon may seem out of place among the usual sky blue backdrops.  But it is exactly the fact that it is different that draws attention to Clifton.  Modeled after the small town of Clifton, Virginia, after a comet has ripped a hole in the space-time continuum, this 2 foot by 4 foot module has some imaginative surprises including Ewoks and dinosaurs.
The Clifton module has a creative mix of prototypical modeling and light humor.
