Module Showcase

Bristow, Virginia
Built By: Bob Rodriguez
Date Constructed: May, 1995

The Bristow, Virginia module is a 2 foot by 4 foot module packed with activities.  The module is modeled after the Bristow railroad crossing in Prince William County.  The module features a scratch built reproduction of the White Elephant Antique Store and Bristow Book Nook.  In the field across from the structures, firefighters battle a real smoking brush fire.  Meanwhile, the local sheriff attempts to discover who set the fire.  Lights flash on all emergency vehicles.  The railroad crossing gates lower and the warning lights flash as each train approaches Bristow.  The Bristow module has provided enjoyment for adults as well as children over the years.
