It's a nice day with a full sun at Noon and Brion is taking it easy with his Illinois Central peddler freight. After dropping a car at the mill in Armstrong, the IC heads to the next stop at Quantico. | |||||
| The Village of Armstrong is a busy place these days. Bill and his Chesapeake and Ohio has just switched a couple of cars for the local businesses and heads down the road. |

Double-headed Shays! With all the sound and fury of hard-working steam engines, this pair is at the head of a line of loaded log buggies and headed for the mill. Scott is at the throttle of the lead loco and keeping everything in sync. | |||||
| The mail must go through and Bryan is making sure of that. A bit of mail, some packages and a few paying customers keeps our road busy. |
